Born & raised here in the Northwest, attended Sehome High School, University of Washington and Western Washington University receiving BA degree in Business Administration/Sales & Marketing. I have been actively involved in Real Estate for over 25 years as an investor. I began flipping houses while attending college at the University of Washington. After spending 20 years in Factory Operations Mgmt. & National Sales/Marketing Mgmt. in the Food Industry (out of Bellingham), I decided to focus full time on Sales & Marketing of Real Estate here in the most awesome place in the world- Whatcom County! I used to fly out of Bellingham quite frequently to almost every state in the U.S. until I got my priorities right! I have a wonderful wife, teen daughter and identical twin boys in middle school that help remind me what a wonderful quality of life we have right here in the Bellingham area! Prior to being Licensed, I had many experiences helping others along with my experiences of selling my own homes and Real Estate Rentals. I always wanted to conduct my own Open Houses and use my own Marketing Skills in designing flyers/ads etc. however, in return I wanted to save some of the commission by doing so. Wasn't there an Ala Carte method out there? This all lead me to consult for & eventually purchase the new (2006) Help-U-Sell Real Estate office here in Bellingham. My business model is modified from then however, I remain flexible. I recently moved the office (Bellingham Real Estate)to 2408 Yew St (Alabama & Yew). My Full-Service office allows Buyers/Sellers to save money while at the same time allowing Agents to have an opportunity to make a living. I grew up with many of my fellow Agents in town and I am dedicated to always working harmoniously with my fellow RE Agents/Brokers. I find myself working extensively by referral as a Buyer's Agent, however as I add a couple more agents to my office, that emphasis may change.
